Hello, I’m D.J. Iverson, and it’s a privilege to serve as the Lead Pastor at Lighthouse Christian Church in Oceanside, CA. My journey into ministry began as a teenager when I was encouraged by my pastors to step up, lead, and serve within our church community. After several years of volunteering, I had the opportunity to intern at various churches during my college years. Over the past twenty years, I’ve been honored to serve in full-time ministry in multiple capacities, including Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and as part of a church planting team. My heart’s deepest desire is for everyone to experience and center their lives around the love of Christ. I want Lighthouse to be a place where those who seek the Lord can find Him and where those who know Him can share His joy with others. Outside of church, you’ll likely find me enjoying a baseball game, exploring local record stores, or indulging in one of the amazing taco stands scattered throughout San Diego County. I’m thrilled to be a part of what God is doing here at Lighthouse, and I look forward to connecting with you and growing together as we journey in Christ.
