Then, Jesus said, “People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matthew 4:4).
Welcome to an incredible journey through the scriptures. Our hope is, as you listen to these sermons, you will have ears to hear what God is saying in these critical times. God’s promise to us as we study and listen is, “... you are strong because the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one.” (1 John 2:14).

One Awkward Dinner
God doesn't want our empty rituals, God wants our hearts
If you come every Sunday to church that's great. If you write a check and put it in the offering that's wonderful. If you look for opportunities to serve and minister that's awesome. But wht are you doing it? Where is your heart in all of it? Are we doing it out of obligation - because it's part of the routine of the week? Are we doing it because we think God needs it? Perhaps God would prefer us to stay home if we are simply trying to win favor with Him or because we feel we have to and our heart isn't His.
